Cancellation Policy
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, deposit will not be refunded, and another deposit will be required to book your next appointment. Should you have an emergency please contact me.
I do require a deposit to schedule your appointment. Once deposit is paid, your appointment will be approved and secured on the date requested. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your service. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please cancel 24 hours in advance, so I can take you off the schedule and have it available for another client. Should you call the day of or not show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded nor will it go towards next appointment. If no-show or cancellation same day there is a 20% fee.
